My name is Mary, and I have worked in the medical profession for over 25 years as a Physical Therapist Assistant. I began a natural health journey with my daughter when she was sick and getting sicker. She wasn’t able to digest food properly and suffered from many issues because of it. I reached out to a natural health professional, and her health improved dramatically.   I began my natural health journey 10 years ago, by reading and absorbing all I could. In 2018 I graduated from Trinity School of Natural Health with a Master Iridology Certification. I continued on in 2020 for a Certified Holistic Fitness Specialist and I have just completed my Natural Health Professional certification. What does this all mean?  I have a natural health perspective on the way I should live, and look forward to helping recommend lifestyle changes, nutritional suggestions, and supplements to help bring balance back to your mind, body, and spirit.
